Claims Process
If you ever have to make a claim rest assured Armstrong’s will be there to assist. Part of our role as your broker is to assist you throughout the claims process to ensure you obtain a fair and equitable result from the insurer.
It's important that we are made aware of claims and circumstances as soon as possible. This ensures you are meeting the insurers’ requirements and when advising us as soon as you are aware of a claim we can initiate the claims process quickly. Our professional team are there to guide you throughout the process and to ensure the claim is settled as soon as possible.
Please note that depending on the circumstance of a claim you may also be required to meet with the insurer or loss adjuster direct. If this occurs Armstrong’s will notify you of this procedure.

If you wish to notify us of a claim you can complete the online claims advice and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible, alternatively please do not hesitate to contact our team via phone or email and we will be there to assist.
